Roseann M. Zari

Roseann M. (Caravetta) Zari passed away peacefully on June 9, 2015 at Orlando Regional Medical Center after a long battle with pulmonary arterial hypertension. She was 77.
The daughter of the late Michael V. Caravetta and Angelina (Romeo) Caravetta, she was born on October 30, 1937 in New Rochelle, NY. She attended St. Joseph's Church, and was a member of the honors society at St. Gabriel's High School. She graduated n 1955.
Roseanne worked at Westchester Federal Savings and Loan as a secretary. She married her childhood sweetheart, Peter F. Zari in 1960 and were to celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary later this year.
In addition to being a devoted wife, she was also a loving mother of three sons. Besides her husband, she is also survived by her sons and their spouses: Michael and Mary-Lee Zari of Madison, AL and Kevin and Serenella Zari of Merritt Island, FL. She is also survived by her loving granddaughters, Sydney Kate and Amy Elizabeth Zari and her loving grandsons, Peter Jayden and Nathan Michael Zari, Roseanne was predeceased by her son, Peter Francis Zari, Jr.
A celebration of Roseann's life will be held with calling hours on Tuesday, June 16th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, June 17th at St. Joseph's Church in New Rochelle at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
