Joseph Ricci

Joseph Ricci of Pelham Manor, NY passed away on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023, at the age of 63,
at White Plains Hospital.

Born in the Bronx on August 9th, 1959 to Richard and Johanna Ricci, Joe was the oldest of two
children. He was raised in the Bronx and Yonkers, NY where he attended St. Nicholas of
Tolentine High School and went on to attend Iona College. Upon graduation, he worked for his
father in the family business which he eventually took over in 1998.

Joe met his future wife, Mary Pat in December 1983 at a holiday party thrown by mutual friends.
They were married in May of 1985 and moved to Pelham Manor where they raised their two
daughters, Monica and Christina.

Joe’s passion was buying and restoring vintage cars. Almost every weekend was spent at car
shows, cars and coffee gatherings, rallies, and anything else car related. A new car was always
rotating through Joe’s garage eventually leading to the installation of car lifts so that they could
all fit and be among his many car trophies.

Joe was a great husband, father, and friend to all. He will be remembered as a kind, funny, caring
and humble man, always with a cup of coffee in hand.

Joe is survived by his wife Mary Pat Ricci, his children Monica (Michael) Incantalupo and
Christina Ricci, mother, Johanna Ricci, and brother, Richard Ricci. Joe is predeceased by his
father, Richard Ricci.

A celebration of Joe’s life will take place at the Pelham Funeral Home located at 64 Lincoln
Avenue on Friday, July 14th, 2023 from 4-8 PM, and a mass of Christian burial will take place at
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 575 Fowler Avenue, Pelham Manor, NY on Saturday, July
15th at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Yonkers, NY.
