Joan Turtora, 87 of Pelham Manor, NY died at Calvary Hospital on April 3, 2015. Joan was born on January 1, 1928 to Joseph Belton and Llia Newport. Joan was a homemaker. Joan married Gerard Turtora on September 27, 1952 in New York City. Joan is survived by husband Gerry, daughter Susan (Mario) Belardino. Also survived by two grandsons David Belardino (Janine), Adam Belardino (Michelle), and great- granddaughter Gemma. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the work of the Capuchian Franciscan Order. Please make checks payable to the province of St. Mary, 210 West 31st Street New York, NY 10001. Calling hours are Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 2pm - 5pm and 7 pm - 9pm at the Pelham Funeral Home Inc, 64 Lincoln Ave Pelham, NY 10801. Mass of christian burial will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Pelham Manor
