On July 25th, a precious baby boy named Jeffrey Todman was born to Luden Todman and Dorothy Price-Todman in Bronx, NY. On May 31, 2019, he entered a state of rest in Baltimore, MD. Growing up, Jeffrey was an avid reader and could hardly put a book down to eat his dinner. He was a loving, caring and bright son, brother, nephew, cousin and father. He loved his family dearly and had a dream of building a home for his mother and aunties one day. Jeffrey had a taste for classical music, an interest that could only be attested to a natural gift in the arts. He also loved hip-hop, reggae and playing basketball. Jeffrey graduated from Morgan State University in Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Biology with the intent to become a dentist. He went on to work on Wall-Street in New York, the Fire Department in Maryland, then as a Lab Technician in Florida. He was well loved by those who shared his presence, but his proudest moment was when he became a father on January 11th, 2018. Jeffrey is survived by his mother Dorothy Price-Biegelson. He leaves behind his son, Kingston Ronald Todman and brother, Gregory Todman. He is also survived by Kingston's mother Rhianna Pool; stepfather, Alan Biegelson; stepbrother, Geoffrey Biegelson; stepsister, Alana Biegelson; Uncle, Vernand Price; Aunts, Minnette Stennett, and Maryann Townsend.
