Frank G M Corbin

Frank G M Corbin of Pelham, NY passed away peacefully on October 17, 2015. He is survived by his two children, Catherine and Peter,his daughter-in-law, Annette, and his two grandchildren Kaitlyn and Caroline. A graduate of Cardinal Hayes High School, class of 1943, and Fordham University, class of 1950, he proudly served in the U.S. army during WWII as a Lieutenant in France, Belgium, and Germany. He had a successful career in Public Relations, but his true passion was sharing his love of the communications industry with his students at Fordham where he taught for 59 years. His strength was unwavering, his intellect was rigorous, and his selfless nature was to be admired. He was well loved, respected, and will be missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Frank's life will be held Monday October 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Pelham Funeral Home 64 Lincoln Ave Pelham NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday October 20th at St Catharine's Church 25 Second Ave in Pelham. Internment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne New York.
