Elizabeth Dominkowitz Sturm on Sunday, January 13, 2013, of Pelham, NY, beloved wife of the late Charles Sturm, Sr.; mother of Laurene Sturm Nuzzo and Charles (Patricia) Sturm, MD, aunt of George (Linda) Steiner and Peter (Jeanette) Steiner, grand aunt of Dana Steiner and Jeffrey Steiner, and numerous other nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and nephews, succumbed to the effects of a stroke. Elizabeth, a homemaker, was born in Neutal, Austria on September 19th the year the First World War erupted. For the last 50 years she was a communicant of St. Catharine's Roman Catholic Church in Pelham, NY. Family and friends will be received at the Pelham Funeral Home, 64 Lincoln Avenue, Pelham, NY on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catharine's Church, 25 Second Avenue, Pelham, NY on Friday at 10 A.M.
