(5/6/1996 - 5/13/2021)
Always Lovedâ¦
Forever Missed..
BUT, Never Forgottenâ¦
Christain Rodriguez, loving son, loving brother, and loving friend was born on May 06, 1996.
Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, Christian graduated from New Rochelle High School in 2014. Inspired by his stepfather, Rob Halagarda, He discovered he had a passion for electrical work. At a young age, Christian believed that working with his hands was his calling. During his highschool days, Christian attended the New Rochelle High School Electrical B.O.C.E.S Program. It was here at this trade school, where he learned the skills to perfect his trade. Once graduating the program, Christian went straight to work doing what he loved. Where others lacked direction, Christian knew and believed in what he wanted to achieve in life. He was on his way to becoming a Master Electrician.
Christian was a man who liked to make others smile. He had an energy which was infectious. A smile that lit up a room, and a laugh that could enlighten any mood. He had a love for sports. He enjoyed watching football and basketball. He was a loyal New England Patriots & an Orlando Magics fan. Despite being a full blooded New Yorker, his favorite football player was Tom Brady.
When he wasn't working, listening to music, hanging with friends, or spending time with family, you could find him playing video games. He was an avid gamer. He enjoyed playing games like NBA 2k and Arc Survival (a game about taking care of dinosaurs) on Playstation. His favorite musical artists were J Cole, Dizzy Wright, The Notorious B.I.G., and Juice WRLD. J.Cole's, "2014 Forest Hills Drive" album held a special place in his heart.
Christian had many passions, fishing was not one of them⦠He loved to play basketball with his friends. He enjoyed the small things in life that most people take for granted: a cold beer with a friend; a barbecue full of laughs, good food, and memories that will stand the test of time. He loved his dog, "Angel", even though he was allergic to him. He was a true animal lover, which spoke to his kind-hearted nature.
Christian was always up for a good time. In true Christian fashion, he elevated the word "party" to new heights. As soon as he walked into a room, there was an uplifting spirit. He could really make a room "light" up.
He was proud of his mexican-Dominincan heritage, and took his culture wherever he went. He was a proud and devoted older brother, who always strove to be the best brother that he could be. Christian was a man who touched the spirit of all he knew. He was genuine, kind, generous, and was 100% real & true to who he was. In the words of Bob Marley, "The greatness of a man is not how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively."
