Beverly Ungar

Beverly Margolin Ungar, age 89, a longtime resident of Pelham Manor, N.Y.
passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2020 in the comfort of her home.
Beverly was born April 14 1931 in The Bronx, N.Y. to the late Jack and Celia
Margolin.
She is survived by her older sister Rosalind Keyes of Delray Beach, Florida
along with a
son, grandson, great grandchildren, nieces and a nephew.
Beverly is predeceased by her late husband of 65 years Harvey Ungar, her son
Steven Ungar
and her late sister Sabina Wilensky.
Beverly graduated from the High School of Music and Art in New York City
where she excelled
in both theater and athletics. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and acting and
was never shy to
speak her mind about any topic that came up in conversation. Beverly was
loved by her
family and friends who will always remember her for her sarcastic wit and
sage advice. She
always managed to put a smile on the faces of those around her.
A private celebration of Beverly's life will be held with family at a time
yet to be determined
where her wish was to have her ashes spread will be honored.
