Angelo Forte was born in Italy, July 1938, in the small town of Maranola, Formia, on the Mediterranean coast just south of Rome. He grew up in a large, happy, family with his six sisters and a brother.
In the mid-1950s, after the early death of his father, the family moved to New York where he continued his studies in economics/business.
Still in his late twenties, he returned to Rome and achieved an Italian degree in Political Science. He then decided to settle in Rome making a large circle of international friends, and during this period met his wife Mavis. They decided to make their home in Rome with their two daughters, Francesca and Silvia, and enjoyed a long and happy life together while he kept working in international business and traveling the world.
In more recent years, he has been an adjunct Marketing professor at various American Universities in Rome.
Angelo has always been a leader, a very active person always organizing and planning things, from international business meetings to gatherings with family and friends. He is well-known and appreciated for this gift.
Angelo was definitely a family man, extremely close to everyone, even when separated by the ocean, and received the same affection in return. Very much loved by everyone.
